Payroll tool - for each employee record, add a tool where we can add a (key) date and then notes for that key to track changes. Then add report where we enter the date (ie: 10/04/25) and it will print EE#, EE Name, Date, and the notes. Payroll would populate and then run the report each week/pay period. Future dated items could be entered for back-up and rotating. Then payroll can track and review all changes for a particular pay period: new hires, rate changes, 401k changes, benefits, arrears, track weeks of leaves, etc.
