As a contractor who frequently is provided Progress Meeting minutes from an owner, we wish to utilize the PM Meeting Minutes feature to track these, not with line-item detail, but rather responses to disagreements, etc. with the engineer's statements. I would l like to create a "create and send" template to make responses for this but without a template type that includes the data from the PM Meeting Minutes table, we cannot do this. Customizing Create and Send Templates is a major feature of Vista and this limit is challenging...
