Do not allow a 2nd line in database entry like HQ Material where other modules can't recognize it.

We are unable to delete an HQ Material entry because an intern created a new HQ material with an empty 2nd line, and our team allocated inventory to it. The inventory adjustment module can not recognize the material because the 2nd line in the filter/search entry is not available in the inventory module.
