We need the F3 Override settings to work regardless of how the data is being populated. Currently F3 overrides are only triggered during front end form entry (or perhaps after set on the import template). F3 overrides do not work if the form with the F3 is being created by another program. For example the F3 is set in PM Projects but it is the PC Potential Project program that creates the PM Project . F3 overrides also do not work when data is populated into Vista by a third-party integration. For example, an F3 is set for Receiving Flag to be On / Yes in PO items however it is Procore who automatically creates the PO in Vista which does not trigger the F3 Override.
