It would be nice to be able to have portal settings that allow you to change the header/subject of the emails that are sent out for various items. For example, when a pay stub is emails the header/subject just says "this is a message from the portal." It would be beneficial for that to say something about their pay stub so it stands out in email.

We at Viewpoint sincerely thank you for your contribution to Suggestion Box on how we can improve Viewpoint products. While we can’t do everything at once, we rely upon your feedback to help guide the prioritization of our product improvements, and Suggestion Box is a critical tool for us to understand and prioritize our customers’ needs.
Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
There is a work around if you know SQL. A trigger can be added to the mail queue table that would change all emails that fit a defined criteria. It is not ideal and would like an option that is flexible for a average user.
