HR Management - Expense - Total Amount (credit) & clear 0.00

Currently, if you want to enter a credit, ie -10.36, in the total amount field, you have to enter it as a positive and then arrow back to the first digit to put a negative in front. Also, when you start to type a dollar amount the 0.00 should go away. It's just pushing the zeros it to the right, which creates a lot of room for error.
