I set up each maintenance work order as a sequence item within the agreement with a specific description, i.e., JUNE - Quarterly 4 hr. PM. This gives our dispatcher better information to schedule our technicians for the work. However, the Service Type - Site Location Name is what shows in the preview block on the dispatch board which is not helpful. In the hover over feature - the work order description is buried in the middle of the pop-up.

I don't need to see the site name multiple times in the dispatch preview block on the dispatch board. Other additional information would be of more help.
