1. When an invoice is entered in AP Transaction Entry for a closed scope on a work order, an error message will come up stating "scope is closed". We are now using Automatic Invoicing and in AP Unapproved Invoice Entry there is no error message that comes up. Is there a way to have this error message come through in Unapproved?
2. When an invoice is entered in AP Transaction Entry for a PO and another employee has the same PO in a batch, an error message will come up stating what batch# is in use. Then AP is able to contact the person whose batch it is. In AP Unapproved Invoice Entry, the message just states the PO is in use. Is there a way to have the error message stating the batch# come up in Unapproved?
