Enhance the LCP Tracker Export Tool

Many owners are now requiring the Check Payment Date and the Total Hours Worked all Week information on the LCP uploads.

The current LCP Export Tool does not include these columns. Which results in manually adding the information for dozens of people within LCP.

The Total_Hours_All_Projects information would need to be column AI on the exported info.

The Payment_Date information would need to be column BE on the exported information.
