Planned Use should go away after the requested day has passed.

Planned use for time off in the Vista Portal does not automatically go away after the requested day has gone by. So when employees go in to look at their balance after taking the time off, the time is removed from their current balance and then the planned use is still showing, effectively seeming like their time-off was doubled up.
