We attach related documents that are needed for invoicing throughout the time of the work order - including trip tickets. These do not auto pull into the SM Invoices for us to then email out with the bill. We then have to re-attach the documents for them to go with the invoice. Would be useful to just have them automatically come through and we select what we do/don't want to send.
