When an approver edits an invoice to break up the lines into multiple phase codes, it then goes back to our initial approver. If the initial approver has approved the full dollar amount of the invoice, it does not need to go back to him for review to approve multiple lines. He is just looking at pricing only. The 2nd approvers just come to us to remove that layer to they fully approve the invoice.
