When using Craft Class Add-On earnings (vacation/zone/etc), shouldn't those be included in the FLSA Qualified Overtime Compensation calculation, and W-2 field TT. These are factored rates, and part of their W-2 wage. The current FLSA report only includes the value based on the base union rate, excluding vacation add-on, and potential zone pay.

Dear Viewpoint Suggestion Box contributor;
We at Viewpoint sincerely thank you for your contribution to Suggestion Box on how we can improve Viewpoint products. While we can’t do everything at once, we rely upon your feedback to help guide the prioritization of our product improvements, and Suggestion Box is a critical tool for us to understand and prioritize our customers’ needs.
Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
It will be so much fun to field questions from employees about QOC. Thank you for the clarification Gary.
Our interpretation is that add-ons earnings should be excluded from FLSA Qualified Overtime calculations and consistent with Vista PR Auto Overtime processing.
Employee 'regular pay rate' is based on DOL Fact Sheet #56A. and Title 29 Part 778 which intentionally excludes add-on earnings.
