Currently, when customers share common ownership, there is no structured way to link those customer records together. Identifying customers with common owners requires manual review of individual records, which is time-consuming and increases the risk of oversight.
We are requesting the development of a feature that would allow:
The ability to link customer records based on shared ownership.
Identification of the common owner(s) across linked customers.
A way to view all related customers under a shared owner in one consolidated view.
The ability to pull combined data for all related customers for reporting, searching, and analysis purposes.
This functionality would significantly improve efficiency, reporting accuracy, and visibility into related customer relationships. It would also reduce the need to search each customer individually to determine ownership connections as well as reduce creation of duplicate customers
