Upload Qualified Overtime report to individual employee portal like pay stubs

We have to currently download, print and mail the qualified overtime reports to each employee (1300 employees). Additionally, the report does not include the EE address so we have to add a letter and mail merge to be able to mail. It would be great if these could be run and uploaded to the portal like pay stubs and W-2 records for each employee.
