When paying 2 customers with 1 check, show that Customer A made the payment

We have customers that will pay for an invoices on another customers account. I would be helpful to be able to show that the payment came from the Customer A paying Customer B's invoice for tracking purposes. Currently it is a separate sequence and looks as if Customer B is paying the invoice and not Customer A.
