We have thousands of agreements and are not using the Tasking feature. Yet, generally there could be some great improvements to SM Agreements.
Ability to copy an agreement.
Ability to copy services from one agreement to another (including tasks and miscellaneous charges).
Mass creating of Services - be able to pick the site, the Call type, frequency for scheduling, etc. to be able to create them.
