Correct Total Current Subcontract Amount not to include Pending Sub Change Order Value

In PM Subcontract Change Order the Total Current Subcontract Amount includes pending Subcontract Change Order which does not show accurate information.

    Agreed, PM Subcontracts should show the same information that PM Subcontract Change Orders does. Original Subcontract, Pending Sub CO, Pending Subcontract. Lumping everything that is pending into "Total Current Subcontract" is misleading.
