Add Revenue Adjustment concept in the Contract Master to post monthly over/under billing adjustments for POC accounting

Currently our monthly over/under billing adjustment for Percentage of Completion contracts is booked at the GL level only.  There is no place in JC to post this at the contract level without it rolling into either job cost or job billings.  The suggestion is to add a Revenue Adjustment table in the Contract Master where the monthly entries can be posted.  This would facilitate historical reporting of contract revenue and margin at the contract level and improve the tie out of JC to GL by contract.  A second phase of this might be to add the ability to automatically create the monthly billing adjustment entry from the existing WIP reports, stage it for review and then posting.
