Currently, if we are approving a PCO, you have to manually enter the approval date on the PCO screen before you approve the change order. Once approved, you can't go back into the PCO screen and add the approval date. Is there a way that the approval date on the Info tab in PCO's could auto populate the day the PCO is approved?This approval date populates to our reports and not having it entered may lead to questions.
