Having to separately Approve then Interface (eg. Approve PCO then have to go into PM Interface for the costs to hit Job Cost) is 2 steps and if someone forgets to Interface, reports are wrong. After any approving, have an Interface window prompt with the document selected, the date editable (for month-ends) and verify as you do now. This would save so much time. Or you could have "would you like to interface this document? Yes, it prompts for date, no it goes to PM Interface. This could be done all throughout VP and have it as a Module Parameter to enable it or not, as well as add security to it.
