If we had a space for notes in JC Cost Projections, our Project Managers would be able to notate why certain changes were made to projections and store them for later use. I would also imagine a report that includes notes on cost projections would be needed so management could review them, but adding this feature would help track change history over the course of the job and help alleviate issues / questions if a PM were to leave the company mid-project.

Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
There is a Notes tab in the Detailed section of JC Cost projections you can use. We have customized the JC Weekly Unit by Phase an CT report to reflect projection notes.
