Either a report or workcenter that will show the status of a PO Pending Purchase Order

I would like either a report or a workcenter that you can filter or sort the status of PO Pending Purchase Orders.  Many users are in this program, some do MANY POs a day and they are forgetting which POs that they need to go back to or they are missing notifiers telling them that they are fully processed.
