Since AP Vendors cannot have Contacts, we have to set them up in PM Firm Contacts so we can send Subcontracts, Purchase Orders, Change Orders. The Vendor Contacts in PreCon is completely separate and independent and there is not Initialize from PreCon to create these contacts into PM. We need a way to link these contacts so they can be setup in one place and maintained in one place so additions, edits, don't have to be done twice. If one updates PM and forgets PreCon, we will be emailing things incorrectly for new bids.
