Need to add the flag indicating that a vendor is out of compliance (when using AP Vendor Compliance) when entering a subcontract in PM Subcontracts.
(This would be similar to what the PO and AP modules do.)

Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
This is a very important piece of functionality for our company. It is essentially the "dealbreaker" that forces us out of using the SL module. We would really like to use the SL module, and this is the only thing keeping our subcontracting process stuck in the AP module - which is less than ideal.
