EM Posting makes a JC entry for each tool we charge. With over 14,000+ tools we do not want 14,000+ entries in our jobs each month. We want to use EM Equipment Management as a stand alone tool tracking system and then make a job cost adjustment for the lump sum amount for each job.
We can turn off the GL's but VISTA will NOT allow us to turn off the JC Job Cost entries for all 14,000+ tools.
When we asked for help I was told to make a suggestion here, but the system does not allow us to turn off the job cost postings.
Otherwise allow a way to post a lump sum amount to each job each month instead of a ton of individual charges.
