Use "Current Cost Projection" or/aka "Est Cost @ Compl" as the basis for Forecasting and not "Current Estimate".

Using cost projections is more accurate and is consistent with WIP reports.  Forecasts should be an extension of WIP reporting.  Also when actual cost exceed Current Estimate the Cost% in the Forecast tab will exceed 100% and that creates validation issues. A contract Cost Projection should always take higher priority over Current Estimate when they are not the same.
