Vendor Pay button on the AP Transaction Entry form and using the enter key as a tab key problem

In the release notes for 2025.8 Vista enhancements there will now be a Trimble Pay button on the AP Transaction Entry form. When using the enter key as a tab key for quicker data entry as you enter through the header it will fire off the Trimble Pay button. It would be nice to have an option maybe in AP Company parameters that would disable this new button. Especially for those users who are not using Trimble Pay. If the user has to use the tab key to enter through the form this will slow down the data entry of AP transactions. For some reason the AP Unapproved Invoice Entry must work differently as this form is not affected. Not sure about SL Subcontract Entry but probably will be a problem there also.

I thought there was an update planned for the end of October to correct this? Has anyone been able to update yet?

We don't want this button. It needs to be disabled if your company doesn't use it.

We do NOT want this button and it is frustrating to have to tab though and slows down the data entry for entering AP transactions. Please remove this button ASAP!

Please remove this ridiculous button or give us the option to in all forms! If we never intend on using trimble pay this is nothing more than an advertisement!

The intent of this suggestion was to have the button removed or the ability to disable it completely. Not sure why it was ever placed on the form to begin with as you would want to sent payments to Trimble Pay in a batch I would think not one at a time.

I agree 100%. It's very annoying and slows down the process. Not to mention I thought your goal was to reduce the number of "clicks" Not increase them.

Why did you create a new input order step into the middle of a process familiar to thousands of people? The enormous frustration you've caused might be lessened if we could change the input order of this button in the way we can with fields (e.g. change it from 2 to 99).

Please allow us to disable the button! No one who does data entry uses the tab key and using enter to get to the next field we need only activates the button. It's frustrating and it's massively slowing down the data entry process.

Please provide an option to disable the Trimble Pay button.

Please allow this option to be disabled. Most of the AP entry is done on the keypad, hence using the enter key. It is an inconvenience and increased entry time.

This has caused a significant slow down to the AP entry process. There needs to be a setting to disable the button or move the input order so it is not selected accidentally during each entry.

This is a terrible feature, allow us to remove this. It SLOWS down AP Big time.

This really slows down the AP entry process. Please don't have it to automatically go to the Trimble Pay button when hitting enter key as it opens a webpage (or tab as it is an extra stroke not needed).

This should have been made removable. I want it off my AP entry screen ASAP!

I DO NOT want this button! It disrupts the normal keystroke routine of entering an A/P voucher! Muscle memory is hard to unlearn. And, we already use Corpay to pay our invoices in a batch. We do not want to pay each invoice one at a time using Trimble Pay.
