When an audit adjustment is needed that may pertain to a subledger module, the months need to be open for all. This allows for others to make changes that impact the "bigger picture." For example, adding a new Unapproved Invoice, Making changes to Progress Billings, Posting JC Cost Adjustments....etc. All of these impact other areas for audit field work purposes.
