Be able to add the same attachment to multiple lines in JC Cost Adjustments at one time

Many times, we do a multiple line (100+ lines) JC Cost Adjustment and attach the same PDF or spreadsheet to each line. Right now, you need to add the attachment to each separate line item by clicking and dragging or through add attachment. It would be a huge time saver to be able to select which lines an attachment is associated with and/or have a way to attach the same file to each line.
