Each user uses specific tabs on a regular basis & these differ from one another. Therefore, if an employee is able to customize their tab order, it would be a little more efficient (I understand there is customization from admin level but this is company wide & not user based).

Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
this function is already available. it is under the options drilldown at the very top menu on the screen, under "user options"
