TICKLERS/REMINDERS/POP UPS IN AR & MATERIAL SALES
( 5m 17s ) Bonnie: I am trying to find how to add ticklers/pop ups/notifications to accounts/customer that are set up in Vista VP. I get a pop up whenever I enter a customer that has exceeded their credit limit, so I am thinking that the program must have more functionality to allow custom ticklers/pop ups/notifications that could be applied to certain account/customers
( 6m 36s ) Bonnie: for example; customers who tax certs are expiring, when adding the tax cert to their account, we should be able to set up a reminder tickler to pop up on the month and year the cert is due to expire
( 7m 43s ) Bonnie: or a material code that has an expiration date; when that material is used after the expiration date, there should be a tickler that says material expired mmddyyyy
