PM License - Access to VP Forms

PM License users are not allowed access to a few standard viewpoint forms, also known as VP Forms. This includes RP Export, Batch Selection, and more. These forms are apart of the required list on Trimble's help page to use Vista properly: https://help.trimble.com/en/vista/vista/administration/viewpoint-administration/application-security/data-record-and-content-security/vp-module-forms

As an example, in order for PM License to access specific forms that they are allowed to have, such as JC Progress Entry, "Batch Selection" is required. Without RP Export, they are unable to export viewpoint reports to excel.

In order for users to fall under the PM License and use Vista properly, the missing VP Forms must be added as part of their access.
