Include attachments to Workflow Notifier emails

There is already a paperclip within the WF Notifier email but when we attach our form, it does not get sent out along with the email. There is not even a way to attach a hyperlink to the form within the body of the email. It's seems like it wouldn't be a hard fix and would really help your customers. You already have the paperclip there, just make it work correctly.
