When creating trips on the trips tab in SM, right after entering the Technician number a screen pops up telling us about all of the other trips that Technician is already assigned to. We have to hit ok to get past it. We would like to be able to disable this pop-up. It doesn't pertain to our business because we give our Technicians a lot of trips and they decide when they are going to schedule them.
