Our customers like to receive their invoices through email instead of paper email.

  Consider sending to more levels. Perhaps the AP department, property manager & system user.

  It can be a nightly process. Based on the customer level settings, Process should email the invoices generated for that day to the customers. At Customer level, we should b e able to configure the email address for invoice, flag and format etc. It can be CC'ed to system user so that users can track the emails.
