Maxwell supported asphalt escalation and since a lot of Vista customers are coming from Maxwell, this should be a built in feature. It can be accomplished via surcharges, but the logic needs to be included to calculate the escalation using Bill of Materials, Escalation Index, and the BidIndex date on quotes. It should be an option to calculate automatically if the surcharge doesn't already exist, and there should be a way to recalculate it in the event a quote or ticket is changed.
