add SM Trip notes on Summary Info bar.

SM 13.0 introduced a summary bar with a notes section.  Missing is the Trip Notes.  Trip notes are hard to get to already and there is no readily available indication that a Trip Note exists.

We expected this to already be included in the summary info bar along with any other notes associated with the work order.

We are using FieldConnect to interface with the SM module.  Trip notes are the only way that we can see to transmit an internal note from the field tech to the dispatcher.  WO notes appear on customer facing documents.
