To make additional links of forms to other forms i.e. PR Employee, HR Resource Master. There are already links created by Vista, but would like to have the ability to create form links at the customer level.

If you're just trying to open one form from inside another, you could use VA Custom Form Buttons to add a button that opens another form (or report). It sometimes takes a bit of finesse to get the parameters right - so you open to just the right record, but Viewpoint support can help if you get stuck.
