Import form for HR Accidents

Currently there is no import form for HR Accidents. Our safety officers keep personal logs of incidents on the job sites. It takes a long time to enter these manually into ViewPoint and results in this module not being utilized. If there were an import it would be easy to compile the logs into excel and upload at once.
