Many of us have learned how to parse DDAL and other tables trying to proactively identify problems. I would think as the software developer it should be relatively easy to develop a notifier or report which Vista Administrators could use as a tool to better understand and assist Viewpoint Support when problems develop. Such as if a user received a error above a certain level send a copy of the error and user information, or when a batch becomes stuck in posting, or the system can communicate with the email server, or a invalid email address is used, etc. I have developed scripts to locate clients with incorrect DNS entries, Clients that may not have properly updated, Incorrect setup in Report Titles, errors from Message Archive, etc,
