Enable VRL to work with PM Word Templates and non-Crystal Reports

We use many PM word templates for sending RFIs, Submittals, PCOs out of PM.  With the release of VRL we have discovered that we cannot access any of the PM word templates so it's unable for our PM users, which is the primary reason for getting VRL installed.  We need to be able to access our PM word templates in PM over VRL as well as access the "Other" type of report type that we are able to use in Vista (Reports > Report Titles > Add > Application type is Other.  This is how we've been able to post many pdfs for manuals, spreadsheets etc to our users within the application.  This also doesn't' work over VRL.
