Based on my research into your products, it appears that Service Management has all of the functionality that I need to adequately do my job, but it seems that it is not available for the Equipment Module which is the Module I have to use for my job. I need to keep track of all of my EM work orders, the aging of them, KPIs, and many other things. I also need to schedule multiple technicians to do different work orders. Our equipment requires pre-startup inspections that need to take place, and there are many Preventative Maintenance tasks that need to be done daily. The servicing of our plant would be greatly improved with the functions of Field View as well. There would need to be some changes, but it basically has what we would need. You have everything I need, but it doesn't seem like you have it available for the Equipment Module. I have spoken to Viewpoint users have gone away from Viewpoint with Plant maintenance because it lacks certain things essential to managing the equipment service. But you have some amazing programs for equipment that are just not setup for Equipment - they are setup for Projects! Please make this change.
