There are a number of sections of fields on various forms that aren't used by our company and simply serve to clutter the interface (for example: Viewpoint for Project Collaboration on PM Projects). I'd like to be able to hide the entire group. Alternately, I'd like to be able to put a custom group box on top of the existing (the default behavior sends the custom group box to the back, so allowing an option of "bring to front" might solve the problem).

Yes, I was envisioning system-wide changes. I can’t think of a good reason that end-users would need to do this, but as the system admin, I would like to simplify the view for the end-users.
This sounds like a good idea. Do you envision this as being something configured at the server level for each form (to allow the hiding and display of any field)?
