We generate a significant amount of PO's related to expenses that require approval and we cannot currently facilitate this process

Thank you CB for the suggestion, I think that will work - This should be standard functionality though.
For anyone else that is interested, we found this is relatively easy to implement yourself through a small amount of Viewpoint customization. It involves adding one custom field to the GL account form (to input a PO Workflow Process), then edit the stored procedure named vspWFProcessIdGetForPOPendingPOItem with just a few lines of additional code (this requires your database admin to do). It's actually so easy that it's shocking Viewpoint hasn't done it already. Note that the stored procedure modification does require re-implementation whenever the Viewpoint software is updated (~1-2 minutes).

PLEASE add this to the plan.
We too need more flexibility with Expense type POs. We have different people that need to review and approve the PO, depending on who created the PO. We need the ability to assign the approval workflow appropriately.
Trying to implement Keystyle and Pending PO workflow. We absolutely need this to move forward. Please let us know how soon this can be implemented. Thank you!
