Better print style for Viewpoint Help.

1. Open any form and tap on HELP -> Form Help.
2. Now go to PRINT the page.
   1. Is the index on the left useful on printed paper?
   2. Can a user use the search box on a printout? :-)
   3. Any chance we could make the font size larger overall?

I'm sure with a little google searching you could turn up other great reasons and ways to tailor the PRINT ONLY styles to be a bit more useful.
