If you are using VA Security Groups that are set by Project/Job the user should only have access to the Crews that he/she has security for. This would eliminate the issue where a user pulls up PR Crew Timesheet Entry and it has someone else's Crew and Timesheet showing. Yes they need to make sure that the Only See My Timesheets is checked but I have seen it still pull up other timesheets as well. This has been our biggest issue since going live in 2007 and I have repeatedly made this suggestion at conferences.
