Ability to add characters in the Format Info when importing files

Format info can strip as well as extract characters from the imported field.  Would be great to also add a characters to the imported field.

IE, we receive a file of unformatted social security numbers.  555667777.  We would like to use a "Format Info" something like

LEN1,3 & "-" & LEN4,2 & "-" & LEN6,4

which would then yield an import value of 555-66-7777.
