Deep link to open any form with non-key fields filled from data in link

It would be useful if we could tap a link like

viewpoint://record/SMCallHandler/101/Call=N&search=509-525-0557 and when launched, it would open a NEW record (SM Call Handler, CO 101) with the "Search" field filled out with the data from the URI. Perhaps even trigger the TAB keypress after the form is loaded? 👍
