Sometimes users upload LARGE images as attachments, but in reality all we need are 1000px (max horiz) for any of our uses. (we don't need to see each blade of grass in a picture of a house)
I'd love to see a "default max horiz (or vertical) resolution" that would automatically resize attached images, keeping the ratio of width/height, and would obviously only apply to attachments of type "image".
